About Ina
I am Ina, and that’s what I have been called since childhood. This name is closer to my heart, even though my full name is Fatima Seda Bashllari.
My journey as an English language educator began when I was still a student myself, teaching at a course center. Over time, I expanded my experience by teaching at a school and, more recently, serving as a part-time lecturer at "Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durrës
I am married and a mother of two children, Azalea and Aciano. Both have flower names—my blessings from the flower gardens of heaven.🌸 🌸
In 2019, after the birth of my daughter, I stopped working, but I couldn’t let go of my passion for teaching
While embracing the role of a devoted mother, I felt a strong desire to contribute beyond the household and make a meaningful impact. This inspired me to launch English with Ina, the first platform of its kind in Albania, dedicated to providing accessible and engaging English language education.
I am proud to have broken the barriers surrounding the idea that an English teacher can create instructional videos, despite facing initial skepticism. It brings me great joy to see that my efforts have inspired many other young women to embark on a similar journey, paving the way for a new approach to teaching and learning
I am the founder of Seda Academy, an institution staffed by a team of highly qualified educators and proudly serving a community of over 1000 accomplished and satisfied students.We offer comprehensive online English language courses designed for learners of all levels. Our mission is to support Albanians,
both within Albania and abroad, in mastering English from the comfort of their homes.
This journey has been far from easy. I have encountered numerous challenges, faced disappointments, and dealt with irresponsible
individuals along the way.There were even moments
when I felt tempted to give up entirely.Yet, I chose to persevere. Every obstacle, no matter how daunting, became a valuable lesson that helped me grow both personally and professionally.
Today, alongside my exceptional team, we stand committed to empowering individuals,
no matter where they are, to master English—the language that opens all doors in the world.
